What we store, why we store it, and how to switch messages off at any time. We follow POPIA in South Africa and applicable US privacy law.
What we store
- Your name, email, phone and delivery address — to ship samples and contact you.
- Your social handles, follower counts and public post statistics — to match campaigns and credit your content.
- Your signed agreements, briefs, uploads and post links.
- Orders and commission linked to your code or link — so we can pay you.
We never sell your personal information. Payment details stay with our payment provider.
WhatsApp and email consent
We email you about your campaign: sample tracking, your agreement, your brief and reminders. We send WhatsApp messages only if you opt in on your profile, and only about your campaigns.
Opt-out
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, or ask your assistant, and we will mark you "do not contact" across every brand and market immediately.
Access and security
Only the Velobiotics team members working on your campaigns can see your details. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by emailing support@velobiotics.com.
