Creator Program terms, in plain language.

You can be active on one campaign at a time. When your content is published and your assistant marks the campaign complete, you can join the next one.

Samples are free and shipped at our cost to the address you confirm. Your agreement lists the approximate retail value and shipping value for your records.

• Samples are for your personal use in creating content and may not be resold.
• One sample set per campaign. We do not reship the same product within 90 days.
• If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Before your brief unlocks you sign a one-page agreement covering what you receive, what you create, deadlines and usage rights. A director countersigns it and a PDF copy is saved in your account.

You grant Velobiotics a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit and share the campaign content on our channels, website, email and paid advertising. You keep ownership and can keep posting it yourself.

Product seeding campaigns are unpaid apart from the free product and any commission on orders through your code or link. Paid UGC fees, retainers or commission rates apply only when they are written in your campaign or agreement.

• You can leave a campaign before your sample is requested at no cost.
• We may end a collaboration for breach of the guidelines, misleading health claims, missing disclosure, or no contact after a deadline.
• You can opt out of all communication at any time; usage rights for content already delivered continue.
